Overview
Badges are automatic achievements that reward students for reaching milestones. They process once daily at 6:00 AM UTC and are awarded automatically when criteria are met.Badges are checked every night at 6:00 AM UTC (around 1-2 AM Eastern Time). Students who become eligible today will receive their badges tomorrow morning.

Reward specific accomplishments:
- Complete role for X consecutive days
- Earn X amount in total (lifetime)
- Complete X transactions
- Maintain perfect attendance streak
- Help X classmates in a week
Creating a Badge
Configure Badge Details
- Name: Clear, motivating name (e.g., “Money Master”, “Savings Star”)
- Description: What the student accomplished
- Icon/Image: Visual representation (emoji or upload image)
- Point Reward: Optional bonus points when badge is earned
Set Criteria
Choose trigger type and threshold:
- Balance Milestone: Current balance ≥ amount
- Total Earned: Lifetime earnings ≥ amount
- Role Completion: Completed role for X days
- Transaction Count: Made X or more transactions
- Manual Only: You award it manually

- To award badge at $200: Enter

How Automatic Awards Work

System checks all active badges against all students in classrooms with badges enabled
Processing Time: The nightly badge check typically takes 1-5 seconds per classroom depending on the number of students and active badges.
